The selective automation employed in the facility has helped the company to achieve high yield levels. The plant has the flexibility of handling wafers from 210 micron thickness upwards. The total plant capacity of 12 MW on two shifts helps to deliver quality cells with short lead time. The plant is located in a clean room facility and process parameters are closely monitored with adequate data base.
These cells are electrically graded for optimum module performance considering low intensity energy delivery for the Grid tie application. The cells for stand alone application are graded for Amp hour delivery at optimum battery charging voltage.
